Human review
Authorised professionals remain responsible for reviewing suggestions, verifying source information and deciding whether to act. Consequential clinical, financial and operational actions require appropriate controls.
Limitations
AI output can be incomplete, uncertain or incorrect. Performance depends on use case, source data, model, configuration and evaluation. Users must follow approved fallback workflows when AI is unavailable or unsuitable.
Privacy and access
AI context should follow authenticated identity, role, facility, department, patient relationship and approved purpose. Minimum necessary access, auditability and monitoring form part of responsible deployment.
