Security responsibilities are defined during implementation between the hospital, Prashi Solution, hosting providers and approved integration partners.
Identity and access
The platform is designed for multi-hospital, role, department and action-level access controls, with authentication, authorisation and separation aligned to the agreed operating model.
Auditability
Important user, workflow, configuration and system events can be captured for investigation, accountability and operational review according to implementation scope.
Data protection
Encryption, secrets management, backups, retention, logging, vulnerability management and environment controls are designed and validated for the selected deployment architecture.
Integrations and processors
Approved APIs, devices, communication gateways, analytics tools and AI services are assessed for purpose, data flow, access and contractual requirements before production use.
Compliance scope
Regulatory, contractual and standards requirements vary by jurisdiction and hospital. Certifications or compliance claims are made only when formally verified for the applicable service and deployment.
